When some of your colleagues start to resign n leave the office, some will feel very insecured and asking themselves if staying is worthful anymore, or the grass outside is actually greener? or memang green?
Why people leave? for better pay? career enhancement? lol....
I guess nobody will feel satisfied with what they have now..
If only human can be very moderate, guess this world wont have any rich guys..
Can an engineer be rich? Once someone told me that, in this world engineer cant be rich, cause we are so under paid...I agree so...
Some left cause they felt they have no interest in their job anymore.
Someone also told me before, to generate interest, you always need to know bout that thing in depth. For me, money is not everything, but money is something.
The more money you have, the more you spend...
So it is not about how much u earn, but it is how much u can save,rte?
But everyone will desire for better pay..me toooo......................
